Your subscription
How do I view or change my plan?
Go to Settings → Plan & Billing to see your current plan, usage, and billing details. You can upgrade, downgrade, or update your payment method from there.
How does billing work?
ClubPilot subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You’ll receive an invoice by email each billing cycle.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Go to Settings → Plan & Billing and follow the cancellation flow. Your club will remain accessible until the end of your current billing period.

How do I update my email or password?
Go to Settings → User Profile to update your personal details, email address, or password.
How do I add another admin?
Go to Settings → Club Admins to grant admin access to existing members. They’ll be able to manage bookings, members, and club settings.
Can I belong to multiple clubs?
Yes. A single ClubPilot account can be linked to multiple clubs. Use the club switcher to move between them.
Payments and member fees
How do guest fees work?
When a member adds a guest to a space booking, the guest fee is tracked automatically based on your club’s configured rates. Admins can view and manage outstanding fees under Payments.
Can members pay online?
If you’ve connected Stripe in Settings → Payment Settings, members can pay invoices and fees online.
